POLICIES
Non-refundable deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve any appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the cost of the procedure on the day of the appointment. Deposits may not be applied or transferred to any person not represented on the appointment. This applies to all services, including touch-up procedures. This is done in consideration of all clients in order to provide the best possible level of service. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
Cancellation and rescheduling
All cancellations will result in a loss of associated deposit. Requests to postpone or reschedule an appointment must be made at least 7 days in advance of the appointment date. Initial deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice a maximum of one time, after this a new deposit will be required. Failure to reschedule will result in a new deposit required for a future booking. The total deposit amount will be credited towards your procedure.
Late and no shows
A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted starting at the time of the scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes have passed the appointment will be automatically canceled as there will not be enough time to complete the procedure. The deposit associated with the appointment will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a new deposit.
Children and guests
Please no children. Guests are permitted but are not allowed in the procedure room. There is a large reception area to accommodate visitors.

Depósito não reembolsável
Um depósito não reembolsável é necessário para reservar qualquer consulta. O depósito será creditado para o custo do procedimento no dia da consulta. Depósitos não podem ser aplicados ou transferidos para qualquer pessoa não representada na nomeação. Isso se aplica a todos os serviços, incluindo procedimentos de retoque. Isso é feito em consideração a todos os clientes, a fim de fornecer o melhor nível de serviço possível. Nenhuma exceção a esta política será feita.

O não reagendamento resultará em um novo depósito necessário para uma futura reserva. O valor total do depósito será creditado para o seu procedimento.
